What does The Carr Center do?

The Carr Center assists people with disabilities in achieving their full potential through various programs and services. We have more than twenty active programs. Check out the complete list of programs offered on our Programs page.

Is the Cake Auction your only fundraiser?

While the Cake Auction is our largest fundraiser, it is not our only fundraiser. We also hold a Golf Outing to raise funds for our youth programs. We also request donations from individual donors through an annual mailing. Our website will contain updated information on the golf outing and any additional fundraisers or activities for The Carr Center.

Does The Carr Center receive funding through the county?

The Carr Center does not receive funding through the county. The Carr Center is supported by individual and corporate donations, grants, fees for services, and fundraisers.

Are there opportunities to volunteer at The Carr Center?

There are many opportunities to volunteer at The Carr Center and at our special events. Please feel free to contact The Carr Center if you are interested in volunteering your time and talents.
